RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Faith Brand Collections, each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the size information provided on the product page carefully before placing your order. Because products are made to order, we cannot generally offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size was ordered.

Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
